the ordered artwork will be prepared and shipped within 1–7 calendar days. once the artwork is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

if you need the artwork as soon as possible or by a specific date, please contact me before placing your order.

return policy

artworks are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless a return has been pre-arranged by contacting me via email at labas@indrejucyte.lt

if a return is approved, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and any associated risks. a refund will be processed no later than 30 calendar days from the date the returned artwork is received.

if the artwork is damaged during delivery, the courier must issue a document stating the damage incurred during shipment. a copy of this document, along with photos clearly showing the damage, must be sent to me via email at labas@indrejucyte.lt

please inspect the artwork for any damage before the courier leaves, as any damage that occurs after delivery will not be accepted.
